It’s called Whimsical and it’s a very particular site that collects very particular sites. The stated theme that holds it all together is having fun through programming in code. Because “The web needs to take itself less seriously.”
He’s just in his twenties and suddenly the web is all like, “I can’t make fan sites for hippos anymore, I have business to run.”
